Good evening, Hammerheads!

We are looking forward to our first meet tomorrow, Monday, June 8. Thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer—we are fully staffed for the meet!

Attached are:

• Wrangler Cheat Sheet (for marking swimmers)
• Pool Set-Up Map
• Volunteer Role Descriptions
• Heat Sheet (includes your swimmer's events, heats, and lane assignments)

If possible, please mark your swimmer's arm before arriving at the pool (and before applying sunscreen) so they are ready for warm-ups at 5:00 p.m. We know that's not always feasible, so age-group wranglers will also be available with Sharpies to help.

Meet Schedule:

4:30/45 Swimmer Arrival & check in at age group wrangler tent

5:00 – 5:20 Hammerhead Warmups

5:20 – 5:40 Memorial Bend Warmups

5:40 Judges, Timers, Scorekeeper, Announcer meeting with Meet Director at the Starter Tent

5:45 Half Lapper Event Begins (Memorial Bend only)- We are happy to have your half lappers join the meet, please let us know if you will be bringing them.

5:55 Deck Volunteers report to deck assignments; Wranglers to have age 11 & Up 100 IM and 6&U relays behind swim lanes

6:00 National Anthem and Swim Meet begins!

CONCESSIONS: Pizza will be available onsite by the slice, plus an abundance of sweet and salty snacks and a variety of beverages, all priced at $1-$3 an item. Card and/or cash will be accepted, and we kindly request small bills for cash transactions.

PARKING: Parking is very limited near the pool. We encourage carpooling. There is street parking available on adjacent streets, but please look out for ‘no parking’ signs and be sure that driveways and street corners are left clear. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN CARS.

NO PLAYING/SWIMMING/FEET IN THE BABY POOL.
